Transformed Leaders: 

These are individuals from every sector, income level, and cultural background who have experienced a transformation in their life that causes them to begin on a journey of leadership.

Connect:

We connect transformed leaders by creating structures, events, and opportunities.  But in order to connect these leaders, we must first find them.  We are on the ground, in every sector, in every corner of our community looking for and developing transformed leaders.

Diversity:

We believe that reconciliation, reconstruction, and restoration can only occur when leaders from every background and sector in our community work together.

Engaged:

We believe that faith without works is a dead faith.  We believe that works without faith is just an activity.

Collaborative:

We believe that real change only occurs when we work together.

Civic Renewal:

We help transformed leaders connect to their community in a way that is renewing and generative.

Community:

Without community, we fall prey to individualism and become a society of self-focused consumers.  Creating community is restorative, reconciling, and relational.

Health:

We believe in economic, social, mental, physical, and spiritual health.  This kind of health can only develop in an environment where there is community and equity.

One by One:

We do this work one by one - one leader, one family, one block, one neighborhood, one community at a time.
