What is LEAD? LEAD is an
8-week training process that helps churches intentionally equip and develop
leaders and systems that will facilitate the mobilization of their members to
become church leaders according to their gifts and callings within the church,
alongside the church, and into the community. The result is healthier churches
and communities.
